We will deal with all requests as soon as we can and in order of arrival to our inbox. There is one very busy person who is answering all of the correspondence, so we ask for no repeat messages.
We cannot guarantee any place on the sew list until the invoice that we send you has been paid in full. Invoices must be settled immediately upon receipt or as you would expect, your sewing spot will be forwarded on to another customer. We hope you understand we can make no exceptions here.
We do not give exact sew start dates as there can be slight unexpected delays within orders, or orders can run ahead of schedule but once your invoice is settled you are fully confirmed on the list.
Some Important Notes:
*We do not accept blank order requests (ie 'slot please' ..with no details, make sure to describe your order in its entirety or we cannot accept it)
*If you are sending fabric to us, it must be ready to ship immediately or we cannot accept the order.
