Helen works as a sales consultant in our Worldwide/USA department & is just back from a wonderful trip to Orlando. To book something similar give her a call on 01 2886828 or check out http://bit.ly/2fqQmpg Here is a wee taste of how she got on:

'Having just returned from an amazing 6 days in Orlando, here are some of my highlights.

After a fabulous flight with Virgin Atlantic, we arrived in Orlando, an exciting playground for kids and adults alike.
The thrills and spills of the theme parks are mind blowing. If you want the tallest fastest longest rollercoaster then Seaworld is the place to go. Here you will also see the newly presented eduacational show, with Shamu the killer whale, also known as an Orca. View the penguins in their own Artic temperature environment. The sealion show will have you howling with laughter.

The following day we hit discovery cove. The only all inclusive theme park in Orlando. Here you can swim with dolphins, definitely the highlight of my trip. The most surreal experience and absolutely a tick on the bucketlist. You also get to snorkel in a reef with 5 foot sting rays (the sting removed, thank god) and an abundance of brightly coloured tropical fish amongst stunning coloured coral not dissimilar to the Great Barrier Reef. Check out the aviary, where you can feed any number of exotic birds or just float on down the lazy river.

The next day was on to aquatica water park. There were thrills and spills on every ride. If you are crazy enough, you can step into the watery free-fall on the all-new drop slide, Breakaway Falls- the tallest, steepest and only multi-drop tower of its kind in Orlando. Face your fear and each other. You never know who's going to breakaway first, all you know is it's going to be one wild ride.

Bush gardens was last but not least. The theme here is animals and you can get up close and personal with some of the big guys…..giraffe, wildebeest, impala, rhinos and lots more. Feeding the giraffe was another favourite…they’ve some neck  and are only too happy to take the lettuce leaves from your hand. Don’t forget the coasters here too. We have the Cheetah, it takes off at the pace of a cheetah and not for the faint hearted. The Falcon Fury is a 350ft ride that lets you soar and fly just like the bird of prey.

All theme parks had their own special highlights and certainly something for everyone. This was an amazing trip to be recommended for kids and adults alike.
