The Morrison Hotel are currently recruiting for the position of Guest Services Assistant / Concierge
You will be a key contact for our guests and will assist in making their stay unforgettable.
The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:
• Customer service experience in a 4 of 5 star hotel environment
• Good knowledge of Dublin city and surrounding areas
• Extremely customer focused
• Excellent IT and telephone skills
• A flexible and proactive approach to work
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced spoken and written English
• Full rights to work in Ireland
