By keeping the muscles of your posterior chain strong and active, you will not only get great glutes but also improve your posture and reduce lower back pain which is one of the most common aches of sedentary workers.
This is a variation of the bridge, one of the Floor Pilates exercises that stimulates and activates your glutes.
Floor Pilates every Wednesday at 7pm. To book your place please ring reception on 091 483 666 and advise us if you have any lower back problem and you can get a 30 minute postural assessment for €15.
