Dominic Peppard has capped off a stunning year by signing his first professional deal with the Bohemians first team.

"Domo", who can play in defence or midfield, has starred for the #Bohs U17s and U19s this season, which culminated in him helping Jimmy Mowlds' U17s lift the Mark Farren Memorial Cup after a 2-0 win against St Parick's Athletic at Richmond Park last week.

His form for both teams has earned international recognition too. First, he helped Paul Osam's Ireland U16 side win the UEFA Development Tournament in Hungary in May.

He followed that up by making his debut for Colin O'Brien's Ireland U17s in their 3-1 friendly victory over Austria in August.

Competitive recognition at U17 level came next with Peppard included in the Ireland squad for the UEFA U17 Championships Qualifying Round tournament in Andorra last month where he helped them to qualification, scoring in a 5-1 win against Andorra in the process.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Greg Murray - most remembered for his starring role as a 19-year-old in Bohs' first win in Tallaght over Shamrock Rovers in 2012 - has rejoined the club after three seasons with Shelbourne.
