Post-baby recovery is a long journey and our #FitbitFriend @drpunamkrishan has found that lockdown has bought many challenges into her life - anxiety, limited outdoor activity, encouraging more sedentary behaviours and lack of social support. With a 12-week old newborn baby, home-schooling and other responsibilities, Dr Krishan has found it difficult to find time for herself.

To bring fitness back into her life, she’s started powerwalking and uses her Fitbit Charge 4 to monitor her goals and progress. She also competes with her son, Aarish who has a Fitbit Ace 2, to hit 10K steps every day, which means physical activity isn’t a chore but a fun thing to achieve together.

As thank you to NHS staff, we are offering 3 months FREE access to Fitbit premium if you sign up by 31st July 2020 and exclusive discounts on a range of Fitbit devices whilst stocks last – simply head to https://www.fitbit.com/uk/welcome?promo=NHSSTAFF and enter your NHS email to view all discounted products ❤️
