Stepping each day is a great way to get fit and feel stronger – and living a healthy and more active lifestyle can help to manage both type 1 & type 2 diabetes too
That's why we've teamed up with Diabetes UK to support the One Million Step Challenge and to help support those affected by diabetes.
The challenge is simple. Take one million steps over three months – it’s about 10,000 steps a day. However you choose to move – do it at your own pace, wherever you are. There’s lots of rewards to earn throughout the challenge too - from an exclusive medal to discounts on selected Fitbit devices. And we’ll be here to cheer you on every step of the way.
So from this July, join in and take steps for you, for your body - and to support everyone affected by diabetes. Sign up now to start stepping for a healthier you by searching 'One Million Step Challenge'.
