***Personal Assistant to Contracts manager***
J F Hanley Fencing Roscommon
Position immediately available to person suitably qualified.
Candidates will be required to manage the ordering & purchasing of materials along with all aspects of record keeping, tracking and scheduling of materials to site through to invoicing.
The role will require a close working relationship with our contracts manager and our sales manager.
Some experience in a similar industry/position would be a definite advantage, however not a necessity.
A high level of computer skills and knowledge is a minimum requirement
Excellent package and career prospects for successful candidate. Salary commensurate with suitability and experience and is negotiable.
Part time role may be considered initially leading to full time role in future.
