SheerFitness 3 week September kickstart program starts this coming Monday 13th September.
This online program will be ideal to help you all get back on track (stay on track) again.
Members can pick and choose the pre recorded workouts to suit ability and also choose rest days.
It’s is our experience when we give members the control of what they can do and what they want to do, will result with more success. Missing a workout session is no big deal when you know can catch up the following day.
We all lead such busy lives and even with the best of intentions to get back in shape, there is always another obstacle each day to hold us back.
Having a flexible program will allow you to avoid those set backs and still see progress in the more challenging weeks.
We recommend completing at least 3 workouts per week and 1 or 2 other activities (eg walk, hike, casual jog, cycle, swim etc ) to see satisfactory results over the 21 days.
All members again will again be part of a private Facebook group, here they get access to all workouts, have the opportunity to interact with each other, ask questions and receive lots of tips along the way.
Working out will not only bring positive changes to body shape, it changes our mindset and improves our mental health.
When our mind is in the right place everything becomes much more possible.
This program will then finish on Friday the 1st of October which will put you in a fantastic position as we then head into the winter months.
