Irish beef takes centre stage at Breeders' Cup World Championships, California

Thursday, November 3rd 2016 Irish beef will be the feature dish at the prestigious Breeders’ Cup World Championships Taste of the World experience in Warner Bros Studio, California.

Award winning Irish chefs’ Ed Cooney, The 5 Star Merrion Hotel in Dublin and Martin Shanahan, Fishyfishy seafood restaurants, Kinsale will prepare 1,500 individual servings of grass-fed, quality assured fillet of Irish beef. Ireland’s involvement in the event has been coordinated by Good Food Ireland and supported by Bord Bia - Irish Food Board and Dawn Meats Group
