We're looking for 12 ladies (or gentelmen!) that are looking to transform themselves, love how they look and feel strong, sexy and toned!
We have a 4 week program starting on Monday 4th Septmeber that will be a gentle introduction to Pole Fitness; a fun and challenging workout that not only gets you more toned and fitter, but also gives you more excitement and more freedom than your usual gym or fitness classes. It's designed to transform your body and your mind and help you to dance your way fit and sexy! Upon completion you have the option to join our studio membership and maintain and build the results for life!
You may also take our classes in Hatha Yoga, Strengthening & Conditioning and Flexibility Training in addition to your Pole Fitness.
You must fit the following criteria to apply:
- Positive attitude
- Want to improve muscle tone, build strength and flexibility
- Willing to try out new things and step out of your comfort zone!
- Live or work in Galway city
- Can dedicate 60 minutes at a time and can commit 2 times a week to train at our studio
- Willing to listen, apply our coaching and techniques to change your body and outlook on effective fitness
- Don't mind working up a bit of a sweat!
- Willing to invest at least €30 per week in themselves
